   Taking a Reiki Class or a series of Reiki Classes is the perfect tool for strengthening your own healing abilities and stepping into your power.

   Imagine being able to accelerate the body's ability to heal. You can begin to relieve pain from an injury, ease anxiety, and speed up recovery from an illness.

      Reiki is a beautiful healing energy that balances the body, mind, and soul.

      You can use Reiki to improve your life.

   Reiki is easy to learn and will offer a lifetime of benefits. After being attuned to Level II, you can send Reiki through time and space to anyone, including your past and future self.

      I teach every level of Reiki; I, II, and III Holy Fire, as well as Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.

      Classes for Levels I and II start at $275, and Karuna Reiki Master begins at $800 with prerequisites required.

  As an End-of-Life Doula I walk with you and your family through the process of dying. We will work in conjunction to ensure a safe environment where you feel supported, heard, and seen.

  As your doula I will support you and your family spiritually, emotionally, mentally and with the utmost respect. The services provided include but are not limited to respite care, living will completion, legacy projects, and vigil sitting.

  Death is inevitable destination we will all experience. I offer tools and information that will empower you and your family. 

  Services start at $50/hour with packages available

   Reiki is a natural healing technique that was developed in the early 20th century. Reiki releases blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins, relieving stress, alleviating pain, and working to create a natural state of being.

   As a Karuna Reiki Master, I channel the energy with only the highest level of healing possible. I work with your guides and the universal connection we all have to give you what you need.

 Each session includes time for conversation before and after reiki to discuss what may have come through during the session.

  I offer my clients a session where they are wrapped in a virtual hug. The cottage holds an energy of acceptance, love, and support. Choose to have the table heated and have a warm blanket or opt for just a blanket. Soft music is provided if you desire. 

   All clients stay fully clothed and have the option of a chair session or a massage table. 

   Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical care. You should not stop, add, or change any medication to traditional treatment without the advice, consent, and direction of your physician.

 This service may be provided in the Cottage, remotely, or as a travel-to-you service.

  Sessions begin at $60/session (one hour). I include a follow-up check-in with all clients via email or phone.

  The Cottage offers a beautiful, supportive space where unconditional love is infused into the building itself.

   I work with you to help make sense of your loss. Grief is a journey that few know how to navigate and even fewer are comfortable walking.

  As grief is not a situation, we simply recover from but rather an experience we will find meaning in there is no set formula or prescribed method.

    Grief is not limited to the loss of a loved one, it can come about due to a divorce, career change, children leaving home, or the realization of unrealized hopes and dreams. Trauma will also ask us to begin to grieve, for the past not lived, or for hurts not acknowledged.

  All bereavement support is individualized for you, whether by Zoom or in person. You will not walk this journey alone. I offer an environment where you are supported and witnessed.
